It seems like Nvidia had taken a big step in the past and is now trying to fill in the generation gaps which weren’t in the game since the start. After moving back from GTX 1080 to 1070 Ti, it’s time for the graphics card producing company to roll out the all-new GeForce GTX 1050/GTX 1050 Ti Max-Q products.
The Target Market
Maybe the ground realities have opened the eyes of Nvidia which was focusing only on the higher priced cards by totally ignoring the mid-range cards. So the mainstream gaming laptops might be the prime target of the company as AMD has already acquired a good place in this market. It’s finally the time that we get out of the Vega 64 vs. GTX 1070/1080 war and focus on the products that are more readily available. So the shift towards GTX 1070 Ti and now towards the GTX 1050 Ti Max-Q in quick successions makes us feel like Nvidia is moving towards the mid-range mainstream PCs.
